Unfortunately, EVPmaker doesn't have a Mac version, and I don't know of any application with a similar function. There are quite a few applications like Voxal, that help you modify your voice, but I'm not sure if they also offer paranormal sound features.
However, there's another solution that you can try. You can easily use a Windows emulator like WineBottler or Boot Camp and install EVPmaker directly on your Mac through one of them.
